Every story will end. No matter how nice or how long it takes, it must or will surely end. But often times, the issue or question is not about whether it ends or not, it is essentially about how well it ends.
If you are not able to give a good ending to your stories, all the works done on previous pages or paragraphs will lose its relevance. Sometimes people even wish they never read it.
By far, such is real life. No matter the story line we choose to pursue (write) in life, we must ensure that it ends on a good note. If we probably can’t end on a good note, it’s only wise that we don’t choose that story line.
But then, ending your story well, will demand that you invest a significant amount of time, energy, passion and a touch of genuine attitude. (the right attitude). And don’t take my words for it. Take that of Hamilton Holt, which stipulates that :
“Nothing worthwhile comes easily. Half effort does not produce half result. It produces no result. Work, continuous work and hard work is the only way to accomplish results that last.”
As such, it is only prudent that we sit up and work towards our goals without entertaining procrastination, lackadaisical and dubious attitude towards work.
