The Attorney General and Minister for Justice, Madam Gloria Akuffo has propounded she does not have the requisite evidence to start the prosecution of the Former FA boss, Kwesi Nyantakyi and other officials captured in the number 12 expose aired by Ace Investigative Journalist, Anas Aremeyao Anas.

The Former FIFA Council member was suspended from all football related activities for a period of 90 days by the Independent Adjudicatory Chamber of FIFA after Ace Investigative Journalist, Anas Aremeyao Anas petitioned the world Football governing body against some activities of Mr Nyantakyi which contradict the laws of FIFA and Ghana at large

The President of the land, His Excellency Nana Addo Dankwah Akuffo Addo has since after the premier of the expose has ordered the CID of the Police service to investigate the Former FA boss and other officials who allegedly found in the video to have engaged in various scandalous activities

It has been about 3 months since the CID commenced investigation on the matter but are yet to finish with their investigation.

Speaking to Accra base Rainbow Radio, Madam Gloria Akuffo postulated she has not received any docket and that investigation is still in progress.

“I have not received any docket for prosecution. It would be recalled that when the issues started, the CID started a probe. The probe is still on going and when they forward anything to me, I will look at it,’’

She explained further that until she receives evidence (s), she cannot proceed to court

“You need evidence to proceed to court and at the moment I have not received anything from the investigators,” said Gloria Akuffo

Currently, the country's domestic competitions was halted after the premier of the number 12 video.

FIFA in conjunction with CAF have promised to help Ghanaian government to set up a Normalization committee.

This Normalization committee when constituted will place the FA's Executive committee, reform Ghana football and aftermath, organise an election for new officials to run the affairs of Ghana football
