A Nigerian man mistook his head as leg minutes after abusing Tramadol on top of marijuana.
The man in a video shared by an Instagram user is seen struggling to catch his breath as he attempts to rollover his entire body.
His friends who went to a beach-side to have fun with him stood watching him helplessly with one pouring water on him.
Tramadol, sold under the brand name Ultram among others, is an opioid pain medication used to treat moderate to moderately severe pain. When taken by mouth in an immediate-release formulation, the onset of pain relief usually begins within an hour.
