During a massive campaign endorsed by Tescon-Legon, Tein-Legon, LOPA-Legon, SRF, among other pressure groups and the general Student body of university of Ghana against the company in charge of their shuttle services; RSTC, they were infuriated by a response by the company in an official statement claiming that there will be no further increment next semester.
This infuriated the students more and they warned RSTC not to play mind's games with them and that they know what they want. As such, they stated unequivocally clear that their campaign is to ask management of RSTC to reduce fares drastically or peacefully terminate their contract.
According to them, failure to do so will propel them to use all legal means at their disposal to ensure they(RSTC) are kicked out.
